Return & Exchange Timeframe

Our return and exchange policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  1. Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. Must be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged. These include:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants.
  • Newspapers or magazines.
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases.

Damaged, Defective, or Broken Items

We understand that sometimes things can go wrong during shipping. If you receive a product that is damageddefective, or broken, we offer the option for return or exchange. Please note:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • A photo of the damaged, defective, or broken item must be sent to help.zanzardafarm@gmail.com for review.

Once we receive the photo and verify the issue, we will initiate a resolution process. Depending on the issue, we may either offer a replacement or a refund.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective item (if applicable).
  3. Our customer service team will review the details and guide you through the return or exchange process.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 days.

Please note that shipping costs for returns are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees, unless the item is faulty or damaged.
